There have also been fraudulent correspondences notifying individuals that their applications have been successful and soliciting the procurement of an ‘Affidavit of Guarantee Certificate’ to effect completion of their recruitment process.

Koch  hereby categorically states that it did not authorize such advertisements, correspondences and requirements and therefore disassociates itself from such publications and correspondences. Please note that individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from Koch are always required to go through a formal recruitment process and all communication from KOCH will be from a ‘@Kochng.com’ email address only. We therefore advice prospective applicants to ignore such advertisements and fraudulent demands and seek verification in respect of recruitment process from the Company’s Human Resources Department.

Any person dealing with unauthorized parties requesting for money to facilitate job opportunities with KOCH is doing so at his/her own risk. KOCH  will not have any obligation to honour terms of any fake offer letter so issued, or provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent offer letter. Further, KOCH  is not responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) including but not limited to loss of data that are incurred as a consequence.
